nice job.

this is really cool. i really like your doodles, and they were very well animated. and it doesn't hurt that it goes with one of the greatest rock songs ever recorded by man. buy all the pixies' albums and buy them now!

how can something that looks so good be so bad?

easily one of the highest ratios of excellent artwork to terrible story-work. the drawings were very nice, and the author's abundant effort and talent is apparent.... but is this all you can do with it? blow the fuck out of sheep? extremely disappointing in the ideas department. p.s. is the misspelling of 'shepherd' intentional or a mistake?

wow, it only lasts a second, but at least it's a very entertaining second. thank you for not trying to make this longer than it can sustain a person's interest.

it's got style.

first of all, i liked the graphics- they created a great effect. they looked like they were very quickly doodled, which i'm totally down with. the music was beautiful. the animation could have been better, especially with the simplicity of the character- it would've shape-tweened pretty easily. the sentiment was a bit trite too- but of course, relative to the rest of newgrounds, this was a monument of subtlety and restraint. good work, and don't be afraid to doodle.

funny?

i didn't think it was very funny. the graphics were really good of course. i guess that's what you get when you're a company and all and you have a whole team of animators. i was really, really bored because the jokes were lame and played, and then they started saying shit a lot, which amused me for a minute but then they kept at it, and i got really, really bored again. and as a fan of jewish humor, i was even further disappointed.

i like the drawings. the animation is decent. the story was a bit weak. with a good story, this would've been really cool.

cool technique

i really respect the technique of this short, and it has a lot of potential for some cool stuff. but in this short, the technique is in service of absolutely nothing.

minimal effort - maximal entertainment

this was very, very entertaining. wonderful idea. (despite the fact i wanted gore to keep going, but whatever.) the tear animation was fab. it all goes to show how little animation and manipulation are needed when the idea is strong.
